There are Christians who did not support Hillary, Bernie, or Trump. I happen to be one of them and know others who didn't either.
Of all of them Bernie is probably the most honest though.

I couldn't bring myself to vote.
Too many questions about Trump.

I think Bernie was honest about what he wanted to do and what he really believes.

It seems to me that he's a very nice guy who's trusted by Trump and who Trump feels has the skills to do the job. Obviously there may be nepotism involved. The only thing is that he hasn't accepted Christ as his Saviour. To be perfectly honest, I don't know if Trump has either. In a previous interview, he did say that he never asked God for forgiveness. He'll make a good President, God willing, but I'm usprised at how people act like he's a born again evangelical.

Matthew 24:24 does say that he will deceive even the elect.

If he is THE guy, this would make the Christians who opposed Trump correct, but for very wrong reasons.

Actually he won't deceive the elect. The Bible says the ac is such a deceiver that "if possible" he would deceive the elect. He won't be able to because we will see it coming.
