What's the fuss? We don't have any real problems here in America. If we did we'd be doing something about them. If you see a guy throwing water on his house you can bet it's on fire. If he's not, then it's probably not. We're not throwing any water on anything. To take it a little farther; people standing around talking about a fire doesn't mean there's a fire. If there were a fire they wouldn't be talking about it, they would be throwing water on it. No water, no fire, no problem.
