I enjoy kettlebell exercises quite a bit, especially for cardio.

which exercise do you enjoy the most?
weightlifting (specifically deadlifting), ice hockey, swimming, badminton or tennis, hiking. So glad the weather is getting nicer so I can go outside again
Right? I've been doing the same with some dance music and taking a walk around the neighborhood. Sometimes I feel like dancing along the roads, but I'm not brave enough I also love seeing everything in bloom right now too!JS: Me as well. I get aerobics with my strength training. Yet I also do ti chi every other day and missed walking afterward. In winter the roads are dangerous to walk on. Now the snows gone I can get out on those days and walk to fast paced music to get five days of heart pumping walking going uphill and down. I miss this during the winter and only now when it cold and wet.
Bicycling, Woodway treadmill, weight lifting, in that order for summer. Treadmill, weights, Pullover machine and Nautilus ab machine for winter.
yesTriathlon - It is a great exercise that utilizes most muscle groups, enhances flexibility, trains the cardio respiratory system in both endurance and sprint; it is primarily a sport which one competes against oneself, though also against others.
I’ve found triathletes to be some of the friendliest and most supportive athletes around. As an example (no disrespect to cyclists intended, but showing the friendliness of triathletes): when I did a cycling race, a rider crashed ahead of me. Other cyclists cursed him for getting in their way, and rode around him, leaving him to be attended by the first responders in place for that event. When a similar thing happened in a triathlon I attended, multiple triathletes stopped to help until first responders arrived. I’ve also seen triathletes stop and lose their time to help others change flat tires. There is just an atmosphere of courtesy and friendliness in triathlon (at least in the non-professional levels).
I really enjoy doing pushups, I suppose that's one thing. Physical training, which almost always includes pushups and situps, is almost my daily routine
