According to these and other verses, the tree of life (which was in Eden) is located in God's Kingdom

Rev 2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

Rev 22:1 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
Rev 22:2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Rev 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Bear in mind these references refer to the New Heaaven-Earth:

2 Peter 3:7 But the present heavens and earth by His word are being reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.8 But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.9 The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up.11 Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness,12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, on account of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat!13 But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.

Some thing the original Garden of Eden was located at Ur (where God called Abram from) in that the Persian Gulf prior to the Noachian Flood was a river valley:

I'm still not convinced, but thanks anyway. There doesn't seem to be a good reason to NOT believe that Eden was in Heaven.

This may be a stupid question but where is the tree of life which is being guarded by the Cherubim with the flaming sword?

The passage:
Gen 3:22-24, (NIV)
22 And the LORD God said, "The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever." 23 So the LORD God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. 24 After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

It is very likely in the Garden of Eden as well, along with the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.

Gen 3:23 Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
Gen 3:24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

1. If the Garden was in the Earth, why didn't God make man from the ground of the Garden? Her it is clear that man was created from the ground of another place.

2. This tree of life, in other parts of the Bible, exists in the paradise of God (Heaven) It doesn't say that the tree was moved.

I understand that there are names of lands mentioned, but not actually in Eden. These lands being mentioned are outside of Eden.

Gen 2:10 And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads.

Then it mentions the lands that these rivers go to.

Scientist today with their technology are beginning to believe that we live in a world of 10 dimensions, 4 we can measure and 6 that we don't have the knowledge to measure.
If this is the case, then it is likely that Adam and Eve lived in all 10 dimensions and the tree of life is in one of the 6 we know nothing of.
There is a lot more to the universe than we understand.

My opinion:

the earth was a very different place before the flood. The Garden was an actual place on earth prior to the flood, and was destroyed in it, therefore there was no more need for an angelic guardian for it.

the similarity in names is because after the flood, noah and his family used names they were familiar with to name certain areas and features of the very different looking earth that they emerged upon. it's similar to why we have cities in different areas with the same names. (an example: there are towns called Glasgow and Manhatten in my home state of Montana.)

OK, perhaps the Garden existed in one of the other dimensions near or on the Earth, but I believe Adam and Eve were in spirit form at first, and their "death" meant being cast into Earth with fleshly bodies.

And barred from the other 6 dimensions that we are not aware of.

"With their technology"? What's the technology that leads them to that belief? It sounds a bit like pseudo-science to me...

The Garden of Eden is in Liberty County, Florida:

I’d heard about a Baptist minister, Elvy E. Callaway, who claimed that mankind had been created on the banks of the Florida’s Apalachicola River. Callaway studied the matter for 75 years and, as proof, quoted from Genesis that ‘a river went out of Eden to water the Garden and parted and became four heads.’ He maintained that the Apalachicola was the only four-headed river system in the world. He also noted that the rare gopher wood tree, the Torreya taxifolia, grew only in two places: the Panhandle...and Eden.
