Again, still there. No feedback. No action.

I guess it doesn't pay to NOT be a squeaky wheel.

Seriously what is the procedure? The person who complains constantly gets attention while the person who patiently waits will simply be forgotten about?

Bloody irritating.

Still there.

Well, over a month since the last acknowlegement of my problem. Another month before that since the problem first occurred. (first bug report was deleted) Nice. Who did I offend, exactly, to be so completely on the ignore list?

Waited another 5 days for you to find the actual cause, no luck, I guess.

So yeah, how's about doing that clearing thing.

Sorry to sound sarcastic and flippant, but 2 months is a bit on the ridiculous side.

I'm not a tech person, but I've known a couple of staff folks who have reported this issue. This seems to have helped most of them.

Open your PM box.
Select the checkbox at the upper right of your PM listing, which will then select all the messages in that folder.
Go to the bottom of the page where there is a dropdown menu with the default of "move to folder". Choose "Mark as Read"
Important: Do this for each of the folders in your inbox, by using the drop-down menu at the top of the PM box to choose your Sent folder, then any other folders you have created.
