Can't get much healthier than that for breakfast. I haven't been eating oatmeal for breakfast but as a early morning snack between breakfast and lunch. But funny on my part I do eat a banana in my Cornflakes usually every morning and not orange juice but an orange with my lunch. Close enough to say great minds think alike.
Nothing says "good morning" like a warm bowl of oatmeal. Whether it is cooked with milk or blended with fresh fruits, oats provide your body with many benefits.
8 Reasons You Should Eat Oatmeal for Breakfast
Normally eaten as porridge and as an ingredient in breakfast cereals and in baked goods (oatcakes, oat cookies and oat bread, oats have become a very popular "health food". I'd think just about anyone would get very tired of oatmeal day after day, but I do eat it a couple of times a week at least.
Can you elaborate on not needing to eat first thing in the morning?1. You don't need to eat "first thing in the morning".
2. There are other foods that provide fiber and nutrients to your body.
You're welcome.

Thanks.
"First thing" implies eating upon rising or shortly after. I have no appetite for food until I have been active for a while. I generally rise at 7:30 and eat breakfast at 10:30. I like to 'earn' my breakfast.
It may help a lot of people, as long as they are not allergic to anything in it, and as long as their wife makes it correctly and does not add poisin ?We've all heard the saying an apple keeps the doctor away. What about oatmeal everyday? (Instant oatmeal eater, still grateful! )
