I love Onions, garlic, peppers, olives, sauerkraut, tomatoes, potatoes every blessed vegie I can get EXCEPTwhat I call "Green balls of Satan", BRUSSEL SPROUTS, if God had meant for us to eat Brussel Sprouts they wouldn't taste like sewerage! I also DON"T like Tripe & Onions (one of my Mothers / Grandmothers favs) {YUCHHHH)
I think the trick to good brussels sprouts is to cook them nicely. A lot of times they are just over-cooked and get mushy and disgusting tasting. But if they're just lightly steamed until tender but still a bit hard, then YUM!
