He wept.

Famous for being the shortest verse in the whole Bible and to me the most powerful.

Even Jesus cried. It helps me past moments of pain and helps get me out of despair. What happens after that part in the Bible puts it all in perspective.

Good verse. Whenever I hear about the shortest verse in the Bible, I am reminded that in Greek, the shortest verse is 1 Thessalonians 5:16 "rejoice always". Always struck me as a wonderful corollary.
