Absolutely. Normal dosage for a man my size is 3-4 at most. I don't know if you remember my post about being sick as a kid, but my liver seems to do weird things.

Its not just being immune to certain illnesses. I freak doctors out. One actually told me I needed to get to the hospital because of the unusual results he got from some blood tests. I seem to have enzymes in my blood that other people do not have, and at unusual levels.

That is odd. I'm pretty text book normal....well except for being taller than most women and premature.

I'm kinda fed up with the clutter in my room right now, but I don't know where to start. I probably shouldn't hang onto so much old stuff I don't need now.

Yeah, it is definitely hard to know where to start! I was having a lot of trouble deciding for a while, so I just decided for health reasons to keep all my clothes with natural fibers and get rid of the rest. One thing I read about minimizing clutter is a good way to do so is by getting rid of any unnecessary extras or duplicates (besides clothing of course, since we kind of need more than one article of clothing), but yeah, even that can be hard to decide. I know the feeling.

I should do the same... I just got rid of a few bags of clothes a few weeks ago too, but I have some things I need to go through too. I know what you mean about wanting to be more of a minimalist... I don't like having a lot of things that I don't really use either.

Stuffed beets, hey? Sounds like something I should look into. I like beets.

That is great! Yes! Same here. Too much stuff makes too much work, time of which you could use for other things, so I think minimizing possessions can make life a lot easier.

Our rooster was like the tiniest rooster I've ever seen. He was so cute. He was such a good rooster though, he loved his harem of hens. Some roosters can be mean, but he was nice.

Haha! How sweet. We used to have a good rooster, I called him Jewel and he was the sweetest thing and treated his hens like queens. He would show the hens good places to lay their eggs and would feed them. I sometimes worried he wasn't eating enough because he always was giving the food he found to the hens. We haven't had a rooster quite like him since. He lived to about 9 years. I miss him.

I drink coffee from the time I wake in the morning to just before bed. Has no impact on me.

Im the same way.... except I don't drink coffee all day.... or even at all.

The times I HAVE and used to drink it though..... it had no effect.

I could drink 12 super caffeinated coffees, 10 cases of Jolt eat 500 pounds of cotton candy...... the only effect it would have on me is an angry stomach. So in that way it WOULD keep me awake.... but....... not as it would most people. That would be so hyped up their heart might explode.

I have tried every energy drink on the market and even my own brand of mixtures..... and nothing.

A sour apple 5 hour energy shot and a green monster might taste like it could strip paint off a car.... but doesn't do anything to me outside the wake up "jolt" due to the taste of the drink. After Im done downing that, I could lay down and take a nap.

To quote one of my favorite lines from "News Radio" "You know, Im not sure exactly what caffeine does for you, but Im pretty sure without it. Your head caves in."

Its ok. I never knew her. She was only 6 weeks old when she passed in 1964. I wasn't born until 3 years later. But the stuff we had was lethal for pretty much everyone else who had it.

That is neat. I have always been fascinated by such things and would love to gain a better knowledge of herbs in the future.

Yes, but I DO get a major headache IF I go without even a tiny bit of caffeine (soda) at least one a day. I DON'T have to over indulge to keep the headache away, but I do have to ingest some.

I would LOVE to get such a drink..... I would use it before every workout.

Id start doing pull ups like the Arrow.

Instead of simply doing 10 normal slow up and down pull ups and being tired.

It is very interesting. The drink I mentioned was a "stomach tonic" for people with ulcers and who had trouble keeping their food down. The effect I mentioned came from the fact that it also contained wheat poppies, which contains small amounts of opium. She used to make a tonic from foxglove, which if you didn't know what you were doing, could kill. Foxglove contains digitalis. I used to go out with her as a kid and help collect "medicine".

I wouldn't use it on a regular basis unless you had a real problem.
