What not begin with your own take on the matter?
I do not have one yet, cause I do not know. (that is why I ask)...

Not believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, when you were fully capable and could have done so, and the door was open to you to do so, but you did and do not...

To know the truth but reject it...

Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit... Believing but thinking God and Jesus are evil, or that Jesus is Satan, like the Pharisees...

Holding onto your stubborn pride, when God wanted you to give it up, and gave you many opportunities to give it up, but you did not... (Like the god of such a thing)... Like the Pharisees...

I'll try to think of more...

God Bless!

Sin sends a person to Hell.

Repentance, faith, and devotion to Christ sends you to Heaven.
Were all sinners, we all sin and continue to do and stay in sin, (if your going to be honest) in this world there is no escape from it, till Christ comes back...

So, what sins send you to hell and which do not...?

So it is the sin of unbelief, (for those who, in God's eyes "should have" believed) and not other sins so much, then...?
As I said, sin sends us to Hell.

We would all go to Hell, but God sent Christ to come and grant us salvation.
It is only through Christ that we can be forgiven, as it says, all sins will be forgiven, if your honest enough to confess them.

What about those who, in God's eyes and judgment, never had an open door to believe, so to speak...?
Everybody has the light of God in them, they only need to seek it.

OK...?

So, a person can come to God, just by seeking the light of God in them, without any Bible or the Scriptures or Christianity, just by seeking (the truth) (buried) within then...?

"The wages of sin is death." That means ALL sin, from the greatest to the smallest. Every single person is guilty and unworthy and the penalty for sin must be paid as a person with sin cannot stand in the pure presence of a perfect God and live.

Since God loves us and wants a relationship with us, he resolved the problem by sending Jesus to save us from this death. He himself would pay the penalty for our sins so that we don't have to. We will be washed clean in the presence of God through Jesus, our Advocate at the throne of God.

However, God gave us free will, so we still must choose to accept this gift of Jesus by confessing our sins to him and asking for forgiveness, and that we believe in him and what he did.

If we choose not to accept, we cannot stand in the presence of a perfect holy God, not because God hates us and does not want to save us, but because he gives us the choice through Jesus to either choose to be with him or *not* to be with him.

It's up to us. We are saturated with sin in a sinful world and cannot become righteous before God on our own. We cannot do anything to work for or earn it. We must accept Jesus. That's what keeps us from hell.

Every sin that in the old testament deserves death is mortal sin.
Adultery, fornication, murder, etc.
Lying, coveting... Even once, I know...

We all deserve death, but we do not get what we deserve, if were believers in Christ... If were believers in Christ, he trades places with us... he gets what we deserve, and we get what he deserves (or earned by fulfilling and ending the Law Covenant, the Old Covenant)...

So, where does that leave us with sin...? (under the New Covenant)...?
