The book of Revelation is in fact, the Revelation of Jesus Christ. It is as textually documented, a book of prophecy, which is not all apocalyptic by any means. In which the words of Jesus were: "Write, therefore what you have seen, what is now and what will take place later," according to Rev.1:19.

Following the introductory preface for the book in Rev.1, the first part pertains to the one body of Christ, divided into seven church characteristics over the entire church age, as documented in Rev.2 and 3.

The second part consists of personages and conditions in heaven and the exclusive all time personage worthy and capable of opening the seven seal prolog of the wrath of God, in the Lamb, Jesus Christ, recorded in Rev.4 through 6.

The third part begins with the seventh seal which contains the seven trumpet judgements, that come from the seventh seal, followed closely by the seven bowl/vial judgments of God. His wrath upon mankind as well as the earth itself, in fulfilling the prophecies in Dan.9:27; Mt.24; Mk. 13 and Lk.21. Together with His means of saving many people during the tribulation, through the 144,000 converted Israelite evangelists, and the two witnesses He will place on the earth to preach the Gospel in place of the departed Church, Recorded in Rev.7 through 11.

Within the above events, many personages are introduced, including the two beasts, one from the sea, the antichrist and the other from the earth, the false prophet and the ten horns/nations allied with them to fight against Christ and His armies from heaven at His second coming. The dragon, Satan, will give his throne, power and great authority to the beast out of the sea, the antichrist, in Rev.13.

The fourth part consists of the "mother of all prostitutes," the false religion that permeates the entire world, which the antichrist, false prophet and ten nation confederation completely destroy and set up a one world religion oriented to the worship of the antichrist himself who will claim to be God, according to 2 Thes.2:4. The final world power as well as its ruler is identified as a restored Roman empire, such as found in the European Union of today, and the antichrist, a person who was already dead and in the Abyss at the time Jesus gave the vision to John, in Rev.17:8 and 11.

The above is quickly followed with the destruction of the adulterous economic relationship of Babylon the Great, Jerusalem and Judea, has with all the nations of the earth, that will be destroyed in "one hour." Recorded in Rev.17 and 18.

The fifth part is the marriage of the Lamb [Jesus] to His Bride [The Church], and His second coming to the earth, with all His saints and angels from heaven, according to Rev.19:11-20 and Mt.24:30-31. The battle of Armageddon takes place, with Christ and His armies from heaven defeating the antichrist, and the false prophet. Who are then thrown into the lake of fire with the armies of the ten horns/nations destroyed.

Satan is caught and thrown into the Abyss for 1,000 years and the first resurrection takes place of all the martyrs who will be saved during the tribulation, who will be blessed and made priests of God and of Christ and rule with Him during His 1,000 year reign, of world peace, here on the earth.

When Jesus 1,000 year reign on earth is over, Satan will be released from the Abyss, build another huge army by a renewal of his deceit and lies. He will bring them all up against God's people around Jerusalem, where God will throw Satan into the lake of fire forever, and destroy his army with fire and sulfur from heaven, as recorded in Rev.20:1-3.

The sixth part is the end of the age, beginning with the great white thrown judgement, when the thrones are set for the judges and the books will be opened of evidence pertaining to all those who will participate in the second resurrection of all those who will be saved during the 1,000 year reign of Christ, and the Godless and the wicked, as found in Dan.12:2 and Jn.5:28-29. The seas will give up all their dead - death and Hades will be thrown into the lake of fire. Meaning from that point on, there will be no more death after this juncture in history. All those whose names are not found in the book of life, will be thrown into the lake of fire, as recorded in Rev.20.

The present heaven and earth will be destroyed by fire, according to 2 Pet.3:7 and Rev.21:1.

The seventh part consists of God creating a new heaven and earth, and the description of the eternal kingdom of God and some of the conditions that will take place when that time comes, in the next age. Where all of us who belong to Christ will live with Almighty God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ throughout all eternity, in love, peace and happiness, as found in Rev.21 and 22.

I believe in the seven churches as ages/congregations as outlined in Revelation...

Ephesus - Messianic - Beginning with the Apostle to the Circumcision, Peter
Smyrna - Martyr - Beginning with the Apostle to the Un-Circumcision, Paul
Pergamos - Orthodoxy formed in this time... Pergos is a tower... Needed in the dark ages
Thyatira - Catholicism formed in this time - The spirit of Jezebel is to control and to dominate.
Sardis - Protestantism formed in this time- A sardius is a gem - elegant yet hard and rigid
Philadelphia - Wesleyism formed in this time - To be sanctioned is to acquire it with love.
Laodicea - Charismatic movement formed in this time - Beginning with DL Moody, the first to make money off of ministry

The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches. - Revelation 1:20

Seven stars - Like seven constellations, in which billions of stars may make up the whole - All held in the right hand of Christ Jesus
Seven candlesticks - The seven churches listed above
Seven seals - Each congregation will be sealed in the book of life

full

Four is the number of the earth and not a complete number....

Four Reichs - There will be four to lead Europe
Four horseman - Four regimes...

White horse - Democracy
Red Horse - Communism
Black Horse - Militant Islam
Pale Horse - The Anti-Christ

The bible says that the day of Christ will not come until the son of perdition, the AntiChrist is revealed, and there be a great falling away... I believe that day is real close!

My view of Revelations is pretty straight forward. seals at the beginning (Rev. 6:1-17), Trumpets in the middle (Rev. chapters 8,9) and the vials of wrath toward the end (Rev. 16:1-21).

Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

A person cannot be under the Blood of the Lamb and not be a part of the New Covenant Church revealed in Matthew 16:18 and Matthew 26:28.

The quote of mine you responded to prtains to the Great Multitude the 144,000 will bring to the Lord during the tribulation. Who are the same GM as those recorded in the first resurrection, who are the martyred tribulation saints. It is a partial fulfillment of the Jer. prophecy about the New Covenant Jesus ratified, by His shed blood and death on a cross. The rest of the Israelis who will receive Jesus, and the terms of the New Covenant, as their Messiah, will come at His second advent, recorded in Zech.12:10

There is nothing "partially" fulfilled in Hebrews 8:6-13.
It was completely fulfilled during the first century.

Based on the parable of the virgins from Matthew chapter 25, there will be no second chances at His Second Coming.

Zechariah 12:10 was fulfilled on the Day of Pentecost when the Spirit was poured out on "all the house of Israel", found in Acts 2:36, and about 3,000 mourned for the one they had seen pierced a few weeks before.

We are all aware of the fact that the New Covenant was brought into effect at the time Jesus shed His blood and died on a cross. My reference was to UNFULFILLED prophecy, that WILL NOT take place until the seven year tribulation takes place.

The 144,000 Israeli evangelists [Rev.7:1-8] will bring many to the Lord during the tribulation [the Great Multitude of Rev.7:9-17], which will PARTIALLY fulfill the prophecy in Jeremiah, of Israel's acceptance of it [the New Covenant] by receiving Jesus as their Messiah [who are the martyrs of Rev.20:4]. The rest of the fulfillment process will take place at the second coming of Christ, as recorded in Zech.12:10 and 14:4-5.

As such, the purpose of the New Covenant has resulted in countless millions of Gentiles and Jews alike, being saved, constituting the entire Church age, from Pentecost to this very day. The balance of the prophetic purpse in Jer. will not be fulfilled until Jesus second coming, as addressed above.

These were 7 actual churches in John’s day located in Asia with their specific locations identified.

The multiple interpretations that these 7 churches represent church ages or different church characteristics are opinion and speculation. Nothing in the text supports this view. There are at least as many interpretations along these lines as there are days in the week and none of them can be proved conclusively.

I do not rule out that these churches can be shown to have similarities to church ages or types, many books have been written, but to state emphatically the 7 churchs mean this or that other than their literal stated description is folly.

How many churches make up the One Body of Christ, His One and Only Church?

Today there are numerous churches in the world. In John’s day there were seven in the identified cities in Asia that were addressed. What is your point?

Nobody will be saved at His Second Coming, based on the parable of the virgins from Matthew chapter 25.
They must be ready before He returns in "flaming fire" taking vengeance on those that do not know God, based on 2 Thessalonians chapter 1.

At Pentecost the Spirit was poured out on "the house of Israel" (Acts 2:36) and about 3,000 Israelites mourned for the one they had seen pierced a few weeks before, fulfilling Zech. 12:10.

you need to reverse that -
mohammed from the red sea
marx from the black sea

I invite all conversation on my views of the Apocalypse. I study from all points of view, if anyone has a better view then I will adapt it into my own. I would invite you to...

Notice... That the communist flag is red, with a sickle....

And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword. - Revelation 6:4

Notice... The Islamic militants are dressed in black and there desire is to impoverish.

...And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.- Revelation 6:5-6

In my Opinion and theory of the 4 horsemen, and it is just my opinion and theory, I agree with communism possibly being the red horse but I think the pale horse better fits Islam.

Rev 6:8 8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

1. “Pale” is the Greek word “chloros” translated as green in Mark 6:39, Rev 8:7 and Rev9:4. Green is often associated with Islam.

Green (Arabic: أخضر) is considered the traditional color of Islam. The Arabic word for "greenness" is mentioned several times in the Quran, describing the state of the inhabitants of paradise. Examples include:

Reclining on green Cushions and rich Carpets of beauty

— Sura 55, verse 76.[1]

Upon them will be green garments of fine silk and heavy brocade, and they will be adorned with bracelets of silver; and their Lord will give to them to drink of a Water Pure and Holy.

— Sura 76, verse 21.[2][3]

Al-Khidr ("The Green One") is a Qur’anic figure who met and traveled with Moses.[4]

The Green Dome, traditional site of the tomb of Muhammad, was painted green on the order of sultan Abdul Hamid II (r. 1876–1909)

Flag of Saudi Arabia

Flag of Pakistan

Green was used as the color of the banners of the historical Fatimid Caliphate. The Fatimid banner was in use until 1171, and thus during the first century of the crusades, and by this way has taken influence on Christian heraldry, where the tincture vert was very rarely if ever used for the field (background) until the end of the Middle Ages (indeed the term sinople used to signify a reddish color until the 14th century, and only after ca. 1400 did it change its meaning to refer to green as a heraldic tincture).

National flags including green as a symbol of Islam include those of Azerbaijan, Maldives, Mauritania, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran.[5]

An example of a national flag that does not include green with a large majority of muslims is Turkey.

Green wrist bands, threads and bracelets containing Islamic calligraphy are worn by Muslims in order to identify themselves as Muslim. The green wrist bands and bracelets contain Islamic calligraphy or some are worn as plain green threads.[citation needed]

2. “Death, and Hell followed with him.” What better describes what are witnessing from Islam currently?

3. “power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth” many believe this means that the fourth part of the earth’s population will die. Consider approximately one fourth of the world’s population is under the influence of Islam.

4. “kill with sword” do I really need to explain this one?

5. “with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth” Islam is involved in many other bazaar forms of torture and murder not as widely reported as beheadings.

Much more could be written this is just a brief outline.

I don’t claim absolutely this is the correct interpretation but I have been challenged numerous times with interpretations with far less evidence. Just prayerfully consider.
