What is it necessary to be saved (Part 19).

17 – Grace:

Certainly you are thought: “I am tired of hearing this”. After all:

• “for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus;” (Rom 3:23,24).
• “that being justified by His grace, we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” (Titus 3:7).

David desired to be saved and have his soul delivered for the sake of Creator’s grace (Psa 6.4). That is to say, he wished to be free, not only for his benefit, but so that Creator’s grace could be extolled. Hence the writer of Hebrews to say:

• “looking diligently lest any fail of the grace of God, or lest any root of bitterness springing up disturb you, and by it many are defiled,” (Heb 12:15).
• “Do not be carried about with different and strange doctrines, for it is good for the heart to be established with grace, not with foods, in which those who have walked in them were not helped.” (Heb 13:9)

Our heart ought to be established with grace of the Creator, without fail of it (or, if you prefer, without we shun ourselves from it). That is to say, when we are coping with someone, that we receive all the necessary grace from the Creator so that people around us can know the superb way of the Creator, that is to say, the love (1Co 12.31).

• “Therefore girding up the loins of your mind, being sober, perfectly hope for the grace being brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ,” (1Pe 1:13).

Instead of coming to grips with the problem by force or violence, seek out what is best for everyone. In Christ, it isn't necessary someone lose for us to win.

• “Therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.” (2Tim 2.1).
• “… grow in grace and in knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.” (2Pe 3:18).

Furthermore:

• “... But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound,” (Rom 5.20).

It comes the question: “what is grace?”

Tomorrow we will answer this. Have a brilliant day in Christ Jesus.
