Also the ability to create a political party will be up to the decision of the government, so in otherwords you have to get perrmission from the government to approve your political party. You also need a certain amount of signatures which also frustrates the process. Wasn't it so easy for the PNP and JLP to enter into politics

Government Controlling Free Use Of Public Areas, By Using Smoking Ban.
In my experience I have seen smokers smoke in areas where people are not around, such as the outside of a building. If a smoker is smoking around me I simply move. I don't make a fuss over it. The public space is public, it belongs to us all, the public whether smoking or non smoking.
