Is Congress doing anything besides impeachment?

President Donald Trump and his Republican allies have charged that House Democrats are putting impeachment ahead of their legislative duties.

It is disgraceful what the Do Nothing Democrats are doing (the Impeachment Scam), but it is also disgraceful what they are NOT doing, namely, the USMCA vote, Prescription Drug Price Reduction, Gun Safety, Infrastructure, and much more!

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., says it is the other way around. She wrote in a recent letter to colleagues that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., has "scores of critical bills sitting on his desk."

With impeachment grabbing the headlines, we decided to look at what else has been passing in Congress this fall. The short answer is not much, not even on bipartisan priorities.

Congress has only enacted 68 bills and resolutions into law, according to Congress.gov. The last divided Congress — a Republican House and Democratic Senate under President Barack Obama — turned nearly 300 bills and resolutions into law between 2013 and 2014.

In her letter, Pelosi listed three votes she intends to hold soon and eight bills that are stalled in the Senate. Her spokesman, Drew Hammill, also cited 17 other major bills and resolutions that the House has passed or agreed to since launching its impeachment inquiry.

House members have passed or agreed to 389 bills and 151 resolutions since January, when Democrats took control. But McConnell has left many untouched in the GOP-led Senate, having vowed to block their progressive policies as the "grim reaper" to their bills on issues such as election security and background checks.

Ahh! You're thinking of the Republicans, the article was talking about the people who are trying to do things, that would be the Democrats.

Dems are sowing rebellion due to Empire plan is not the National agenda of today . Foreign funding, no oversite free tax money, is dems & some R's play book (remember: some went to Mexico for fund raising). As all Corporations grow they become multi national (What is DNC? Who owns DNC... <- See Donna Brazil) .

However, the above paragraph seems to blame a faction called dems if left as is; it is not truth to the body politic. As designed to do we point at a faction and have lost control of who these people work for (D & R) under corporate law which is written to save the people hiding behind said laws (Two teared law system) .

Future prediction : As you guys know , things like military budget, the body politic are lock step in funding these due to "private contractors" get a big piece of that pie (our money). The prediction is because of the national agenda theres going to be a split vote on approval of said budget ... A first in many years.

In closing, I can not assign right verses wrong to a dollar based body politic that promotes enriching self by adding entity to a peoples constitution. Entity, must grow, by any means necessary which gives us what we see today... Stall tactics using our money to do it with. In a picture it looks like : D promotes a rule change created by entity of a R and D wherein entity pays both these off in campaign funds... R's scream foul (feelings) but allow these rule changes to prevail which means we are watching a production by Warner Brothers & Universal Studios while the actors are getting paid with our tax.

What are Republican Senators doing, if not trying to write up new legislation in committees? It is not their job yet to do anything about impeachment - that comes when the House of Representatives is done.

Sorry, I'm not talking about the impeachment, I'm pointing out the many MANY other bills the House has sent to the Senate for action that are ignored by it.
