Seriously. The Trump legal team has made some very serious accusations regarding the 2020 election. From small abnormalities to national systemic voter fraud. Their argument is simply to provide enough evidence to convince the court that the election results are "irredemebly compromised" to the point that the whole election is tossed out altogether and is then left to the individual state legislatures to decide as outlined in Article II section 1 of the Constitution. If this happens (and this is a big "IF") and it is determined by the court that Biden's victory was a result of fraud, and through the legal and Constitutional process it is determined that Trump wins reelection. What would be your honest response? Keep in mind that Trump would be legally and constitutionally elected.
I'll probably complain about it on here for a while but, life goes on. It would certainly be upsetting and wouldn't bode very well for our future as a country but it's not like this is looking so good under Biden either. My biggest complaint would be that a spoiled toddler who did nothing to deserve winning would have gotten his way by simply throwing a fit until he was consoled.

If Trump did truly win the election and his loss was due to voter fraud, then he should be President for 4 more years. If Trump truly did lose the election then he is done. Personally I believe that even if the Trump team could prove voter fraud, it won’t matter anyway. Trump has too many corrupt, rich and powerful people who hate him and have a lot of control and want to make sure that he doesn’t win the election at all costs so the truth would end up being suppressed anyway.

Either way America is doomed! It’s either 4 years of more, riots violence and mayhem from Antifa and BLM because they hate Trump or 4 years of liberal policies from Biden/Harris that could ultimately lead to the end of America as we know it by embracing the global reset and socialism. The USA has too many corrupt politicians in the White House who are globalists instead of nationalists and too many corrupt citizens who hate America. Sometimes I wish that I could go back to the 80’s and just stay there. Way too much but hatred and division today! 2020 sucks!

To reject an election and take office even though you’ve been defeated is by definition a coup. I hope our government would resist such a thing.

Of course if Trump could actually prove he won that would be different, but none of what is going on now even claims that. It’s attempts to get real votes throw out on some technicality, or trying to get states to ignore the vote

Because the president will be elected by the states via a nominated representative from their respective legislation. Because the majority of states have a Republican majority in their state legislators, it is possible that Trump could be elected.
How would the state legislators know who to vote for/give their electoral votes to if the election is determined to be “irredeemably compromised?” How would they know the will of the people of all of the people’s votes are not known due to fraud?

I personally do not have any sympathies for other side when it comes to this stuff.

Why do you keep repeating this falshehood?

Yeah I was actually thinking of posting something like this simply because if we get our legal hail mary within the right deadline, the other side pretty much has their heart set on this being a done deal in their favor, and most likely their will be 3 months of rioting in the major cities of the country. But with winter quickly approaching, maybe that wouldn't happen in the cold parts of the country...

No one minds that you are Trump supporter, there's plenty of other people that openly claim the same. It's the "I'm not a Trump supporter" you insert into every second post that has me curious.

The electoral college will not apply in this scenario. Every state will have exactly 1 vote and that single vote will be decided by their respective state legislative. Like it or not, this country is not a democracy. It is a representative republic.

Oh, so you’re talking about the house, not faithless electors.

Same question - if the results of the election aren’t known, because it is deemed “irredeemably compromised”, what will the house be basing their votes on? How can they represent the will of the people in their state if the will of the people is unknown?

Well your scenario won't get assistance form the leaders of Michigan's GOP. Their leaders were invited to the White House and asked to subvert the will of the people fix the election by appointing electors that will only vote for Trump. Michigan Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey and Michigan House Speaker Lee Chatfield have refused to help Trump steal the election

It's funny, I was thinking of a Tom Tom Club song we used to dance to in the clubs here in Dallas (in the 80's), "The Man With the 4-Way Hips". This line:

Black people, white people too
Hangin' out in the latest hairdos
The sons and the daughters of people on earth
Hippin' and hoppin' and getting to work

We had fun back in those days. We didn't have all this racial hatred going, stirred up by the "healing" Obamas with their smiling faces...

Smiling faces sometimes
Pretend to be your friend
Smiling faces show no traces
Of the evil that lurks within (can you dig it?)
(The Undisputed Truth)

Oh well...

Again. I say this for a third time. If the election results are "irredeemable compromised" how on earth could anyone possibly know what the will of the people is? They cannot unless we have another election. But this country is not a true democracy, it is a representative republic. Therefore it could end with the elected officials deciding the president.

Many people do not know this but the senate does not represent the people. They represent the states. It is the house who represents the people within those states. There was a time when senators were not elected. They were nominated by the state legislation to represent them (the legislative body of the state).

This process is still outlined in the constitution for senators and is also the failsafe mechanism by which the country handles a failed election.

Yes! And thats how trump will be reelected because there are more red states than blue states.
But only if not enough states certify the results.

Or if it is proven in court that all the votes are irredeemably compromised. Meaning that they are so compromised, it is impossible to validate them. I think a good analogy would be like someone mailing in their urine sample for a drug test via an honor system and the lab finds that you forgot to seal the bottle with tamper evident tape. How do you know it has not been tampered? If it shows positive for drugs, how can a court prove it was not contaminated during delivery? Furthermore, how can you prove to a court that it was your urine if there was no observer to validate it? In any situation, the sample would be tossed out. A similar situation has happened with our election. Irredeemabley compromised ballots have been mixed into all the legal ballots. Now it is impossible to validate any of them. It is like a urinalysis worker breaking the tamper tape off of all the samples and mixing them together into one giant batch and then attempt to determine which specific sample tested positive!

So if it is proven that the batch of votes are compromised, it would be just as impossible for them to validate the results as validating the urinalysis batch I previously talked about. Sure, the states may as well say "screw it" and certify the batch anyway. But it still doesn't change the fact that the ballots are all compromised (and you have everyone in the urinalysis batch fired for drug use).

If.

No evidence for any of your claims has been presented in court or validated by independent sources. It's just been claimed. Claim after claim after claim. Pages waved around in interviews. Twitter posts in all caps.

Much ado about nothing.

It’s actually surprising. Quite a variety of courts. You’d think a Republican judge somewhere would rule in their favor. PA wasn’t about fraud, but whether the change in rules was legal, and PA was already doing what they wanted.

Of course it might go better if the lawyers did a better job.
