Friend, I have come out of a lot of darkness and it took many years to identify and deal with all the intrusions the enemy had planted in my mind.
From what you describe I would immediately refuse such voices in the authority of Jesus knowing the the enemy comes very friendly, waiting for the occasion to inflict maximum damage with his subtle lies.
