What does Ratings, Points and Blessings mean in your profile?

Exactly the question and clarity please and thanks for anyone who knows. What's the difference b/t Ratings and Points and does the amount of Blessings shown in your profile mean that others gave you their blessings and then lose their 'points'?

When you get to 500,000 points you can trade them in for a set of steak knives or a toaster.

The "trophy points" are for little achievements on the site.

I assume the "positive ratings" are for when someone reacts to one of your posts with a "like" or an "agree", but I'm not sure.

The blessings used to be a type of currency that you could use to create and dress up these awesome, adorable avatars that CF used to have. I still miss them, even a decade later. They don't serve any purpose now, that I'm aware of.
