There are so many things but since I pray privately for several hours each day, I have to go with that.

They're all so important and tied together, it's hard to pick just one. It's most important to receive His Body and Blood, and to pray to Him. The reading of Scriptures would come next in line for me. I do all these things on a regular basis and mesh together, so it's kinda hard, but I answered the best I could.

all are important but prayer is our way of talking to our lord and i think its very important and beneficial spiritually

Divine Love is the most beneficial. nothing matters if you do not have Divine Love. prayer, worship, and scripture are all one.

I also find it very difficult to choose one. I chose reading scripture, but that forms the basis for the others.

During the divine liturgy is when we are closest to (and actually receive) Christ, so that gets my vote.

I picked "private prayer" as it is the closest to my answer of two-way communication with the Lord . I don't use the word "prayer" as it generally sounds like people throwing up one-way requests that may or may not be answered .
