Were having a hambugar and soft drink for dinner tonight at the car races.

Gonna be Speghetti and Salad

I made tacos ...they were soo good...wanna know the recipe? ok..here it is...

• warm up some taco shells in toaster oven at 150 degrees for 5 minutes then just leave them there until you are ready for them.(taco shells:as many people as you are cooking for...I usually do 12 cause everyone wants 2 tacos each)
• brown hamburger...drain grease.
• add 1/2 cup of hot picante sauce to meat and 1/4 cup of water. let it simmer until all liquid is gone.
• warm up one can of refried beans
• chop up all your veggies..i.e. lettuce, tomato...
• i like to mix the shredded cheese with the veggies.
• put one spoonful of beans on each taco shell
• fill with meat mixture and cheese mixture
• serve and enjoy!
