Is this the weirdest question you've run into today? Perhaps. But it is what it is.

Anyway, they look like this are are basically as big as your hand.

And I collect them because I figure the empty bottles might be good for some kind of art project - and now I have a ton of them and they're kind of piling up. I have no idea what to make out of them. So, I'm here seeking some creative ideas from you guys. What should I make out of a bunch of empty martinelli's bottles?

    Open to any suggestions.

I can see why you collect them, they are neat.
Glue the tops under a shelf and store spices or something in them? Pins, buttons, etc.? Snacks!?:)
    Jewelry, money.

I might glue a jar lid under the computer shelf that pulls out. A bigger jar maybe plastic for batteries, money, which always accumulates around my computer.
You could paint them pretty? My imagination runs away with me the decorations for spices:)

Bust them up and get some other colored bottles. Then get a microwave kiln and do some glass fusing.

fill them with different colored liquids, put glass top over them to make a table top. You could even have a light underneath that shines up through the glass.
