Our ideology score placed Kamala Harris as the most liberal senator in 2019 Our ideology score placed Kamala Harris as the most liberal senator in 2019.

From your own citation, bolding mine.

The Senate has been controlled by Republicans for all of Harris’s tenure, limiting her legislation’s odds of passage significantly. Still, four of her 131 bills were enacted into law — that’s good for a first-term Democratic senator. We selected a handful of the bills she introduced to see what her legislation looks like, especially given our ranking her as the most left-leaning senator in 2019 based on cosponsorship. But looking at the legislation she’s introduced tells a different story — judge for yourself.

None of those things mentioned that she supported mark her as being particularly "Leftist".

Somebody like Elizabeth Warren was more to the left as a senator, than Kamala Harris.

VP Harris is neither moderate nor liberal. One of the reasons she lost her primary is because she was “dangling her feet” on liberal agenda like “Medicare for all” but same time she wouldn’t commit to it. In primary she got in trouble with liberal vote for her “law and order” vote and work . Any one who run as democrat are labeled as liberal lefty by republican.

My goodness! Those bills she introduced are clearly a Marxist revolutionary attack on the foundations of our constitutional government. Certainly, with such a radical as VP we are doomed!
Her voting record put her as the most "liberal" member of the previous Senate, however. Trying to make a joke out of that doesn't change the fact.

The joke is that those bills the article cited are supposed to be examples of "far left."

You're kidding, right? Their facts? That's just too much like postmodern nonsense.

Or is Harris perceived as "radical" because she is black and female?

You miss my point. Trumpers are in a world of their own, an alternative reality with their own set of facts, and are certainly not subject to logic or consistency. From the first week, the Trump administration made clear that they had their own set of alternative facts.

I am fine with trying to understand what they believe at any given time, but to expect a logical discussion based on facts and logic is a silly endeavor IMO.

Harris is a centrist, not that different from Biden. Which means she's anchored in classical liberalism, not socialism. Wanted social reform to make the country a little more fair does not make you a leftist.

Pushing the US to be a leader in clean energy is going to be good for the economy. The new energy will requires jobs, like the old one did. The problem is that they are different jobs. Unfortunately all technology change moves jobs around. There should be plans to help people put out of work. But having the US double down on buggy whips is not a winning economic strategy.

I think other priorities of the new administration will be good for the economy and the country also.

As evidenced by this thread. Just because the new admisistration will get few Trumper votes does NOT mean they will not get any Republican votes. In fact they may often get enough Republican votes to limit debate or other things that require more than a simple majority.

It is possible. That is certainly the wish of Biden and Schumer, but 10 votes is a lot.

How do you define them?

I don't consider them to be as important as most Americans do. For one thing, I reject the concept of free will upon which many Americans conceptualize notions such as "freedom".
