Obama's got two years left in office. Everyone in the in the permanent Executive bureaucracy and the military expects to have a career longer than that, so nobody is going to fall on his career sword for Obama.

In the days leading to Nixon's final hour in the White House (I was a young troop at the time), we actually got instructions from the Pentago--transmitted verbally only--that we would not respond to any "sudden and unusual" calls to action from the White House.

I'd be surprised if Obama see's 2016 so as to pack to leave office. I imagine prior to that he'll be removed from office through a real impeachment process at the very least.

Sharon, do you know what the ICE is in this case and why it is taking over the NYSE? Hint: it is NOT the Immigration and Customs Enforcement or anything whatsoever to do with the US government.

Did you look the topic up on non-anti-government sites? Google News, as a sub-set of Google, limits the search to more reputable sources.

For instance, Search: ICE NYSE gives you many alternate links including the Wall Street Journal and Fox Business. It might be a story worth discussing on its own, apart from any anti-Obama malarkey.

Nothing as old as old news.

And nothing as ridiculous as old non-news speculating about fantastic stuff that never went to materialize. Kind of likes those endless end of the world predictions à la 21.12.2012.

Obviously, we already know the answer, a year after the said November election. No. The President of the United States of America did not declare or attempt to declare "martial law" before last year's "November election".

Judging by the main gist of the article -- disadvantaged white men's being persecuted by the half-white President of the United States of America, women, the non-Christian Jews, peoples with better tans, academically gifted peoples and whonot -- I'm guessing the author of this opinion piece, Mr. Selwyn Duke, is making a career aping Mr. David Duke. To his own detriment, I'm sorry to say, as disadvantaged misogynists whiners are not very high on the evolutionary pegging order: women prefer strong, competent alpha males.

I can see where Mr. Duke's existential fear and frustration stems from, and quite rightly so: losers like him will be left behind and die off, a darwinian fact.
