My son's fav was Muppet Babies and Eureka's Castle...but you never hear anything about Eureka's Castle anymore.

thank you, yesterday was a cool day despite the fact i had to go to the urgi care with an infection in my foot...i dunno what happened but its cool...my wife gets to cheuffer me around... i laugh about it saying now i get a beautiful younger woman to drive me around...lol but i digress....

You are something else!!! My favorite character on Sesame Street is Cookie Monster!!!!! Cookie!! Because he is the only one that my children were not afraid of.. Lol!

For some reason i remember the skit where Ernie is wearing a pot instead of a cowboy hat lol and it had t o do with a broken sugar bowl

I like the one were Bert is complaining about Ernie having the radio on, and Ernie takes the knob off the radio and puts it on Burt.

I also remember the songs of Sesame Street, not to mention Kermit's Fractured Fairytales as well.

I loved Bigbird's friend Snuffaluffagus. I dont know how to spell his name.Bigbird was the only one who could see that big furry elephant. I never did understand that.

That is the first thing I thought about when I saw the title for this thread!! I never did quite understand that either...it was like Snuffy always disappeared whenever other ppl were around and everybody thought Big Bird had an imaginary friend!

I didn't watch SS. I loved Captain Kangaroo when I was a kid!! I even remember Bill Cosby doing picture pages. My husband does not remember him being on there and swears I'm delusional about it.

I watch Sesame Street alot when I was young and my favourite character was Cookie Monster. But the whole Big Bird and Snuffaluffagus story was funny at first but after a while it got annoying. I was glad when everyone finally was able to see Snuffy.
