What are your hobby aspirations?

I want to learn and get better at the following crafts:

• Creating original characters for storytelling purposes
• Sewing (so I can make my own clothes)
• Knitting
• Crocheting (so I can make baby blankets)
• Writing stories
• Swimming

This is a good beginning list of crafts I'd like to do. How about you? Do you have any hobbies or crafts you'd like to begin or get better at?

I play with guns.

My son and I collect antique guns that fire obsolete ammunition. We have to then form our own brass cartridges and mould lead bullets. We also make our own black powder to load the shells with. It's an interesting hobby.

I have similar hobbies as you!

Here's some of my current hobbies, most I definitely want to improve in:
-Singing
-Playing piano
-Sewing
-Crocheting
-Writing stories, articles, poems, and maybe a biography sometime.
-Gardening
-Learning Spanish
-Cooking, esp. trying new and ethnic dishes
-Farming (goats though I don't own any at present, cow, etc.)
-Hand lettering plaques

These are some hobbies I'd to begin:
-Learning Hebrew and maybe Greek
-Soapmaking
-Candle making
-Farmer's market

Seems like there's more but I just can't think of many right now!

Very cool hobbies everyone, especially like HTaciana's as it aligns a lot with mine. While currently I'm in a country with no 2nd amendment, I did used to like collecting vintage firearms. Mostly obscure ones from WWII.

However, now I do a lot of graphic designing as well as photography.

Me too, but when my kids used to ask if they can play with a gun I would tell them, we dont play with guns, we handle them. There's a disinction there.

Guns and making my own ammunition also is my hobby for most of my life. I mould my own bullets and even make my own bullet lube. (Felix Lube).

I also play some chess. I'm no Master or anything but I'm far from a wood-pusher, lol.

That is a cool and useful hobby. I also make candles. My mom used to when I was a kid and I started it back up again a few years ago and bought my own stuff. I never thought of it as a hobby until now.

One of my hobbies is searching for hidden marrow bones! I have found some REALLY old ones!

What are old bones good for? They're animal bones, right?!

I store them in my masters freezer and then have them at a later date! Quite yummy. Nothing like old marrow!

I have been doing rock art using reinstone and other materials. I esp like geometric design. I use to do a lot of design on paper with colored pencils and now that has evolved into doing designs on rocks and also I work on clear plastic placemats.

Climbing, biking and various forms of human-powered transport like quadracycles, paddleboarding.

I think chess is also a hobby at this point, as much as I've toyed around with making money from it.
