I remember watching a Bill Nye the Science guy on the topic of weight. He had some health experts and then contestants from biggest loser (some old show i know). Anyways the health experts said that whatever weight you naturally are at when eating regular meals (obv not mcdonald's every day but also not 5 pieces of lettuce either) then that is your healthy weight. That being said exercise can't hurt but even with that you will begin to plateau around a certain weight. I would worry too much about what you weighIronically I think I've lost a couple pounds since, lol.
However the weight usually bounces back.
