What are the Russians up to?

I have 7 sites up on the web. All optimized for US and UK. I use Google analytics on all.

Over the last month I have noticed that a huge percentage of the usage has been from Samara and Izhevsk in Russia.

The majority of the Russian usage is returning visitors with page one drop off of 100%.

Are the Russians setting up a search engine (like Google).

Any one else noticed this.
