What are the non-essential beliefs of Christianity? Things that Christians can disagree about.

Seems everyone argues incessantly about what is essential; perhaps they can agree on what is non-essential?

Since this is Soteriology, I’d start with Monergism v Synergism.

In other words, are we born again before we believe or after we believe? This is non-essential.
