Good nutrition, exercise, 7-8 hours sleep, clean air and water, being kind to your neighbors and doing things for Jesus. In your opinion.
Things I've applied to my own life:
- Proper diet and regular exercise.
- Find ways to living as stress-free as possible, even though you may have a high stress job.
- Remove things from your life that you know are addictions, including stimulants and depressants that you are consuming on a daily basis.
- A daily Christian walk. Take it to the Lord.
- Let love reign in your heart.
- Get plenty of rest.
Do not smoke, do not drink alcohol, eat healthy, be slim.
Move regularly, sleep regularly.
Avoid stress.
Live in a quiet place with clean air and clean water.
Have some companion (for example a dog, a cat...).
Find how to be useful (find some meaning for your life).

Healthy nutrition, regular checkups with your doctor (especially concerning cancer screening), keeping an active lifestyle, avoiding stress, getting enough sleep, not overexerting oneself, knowing your families' health history to identify genetic risk factors.
