This Christmas, I plan on giving my family a good number of Catholic material including some good Catholic books. The books I plan on giving to my family include, After Virtue by Alasdair Macintyre, for my dad; and Life of Christ by Ven. Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen, for my brother. Now for my mother, I want to get her a good book on Our Lady. My mom is mostly just Secular, and believes a lot of the Liberal norm in society, I want a book on Mary, that's a good introduction to Mariology and Marian devotion for secular people, does anyone know of any good suggestions for such a book?

I'm thinking of getting The World's First Love by the Ven. Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen, I think it's the closest thing to what I'm looking for, what does everyone else think? Has anyone read The World's First Love? How well would The World's First Love do and in sparking a Secular person's interest in Mary?
