What’s for dinner today?

It must be Spring, I seem to feel like eating salad most days. Hopefully it will help lose the weight that I have put on during this winter with lockdown.

chicken and ham today with parsnips and cauliflower and carrots. yummy.

Salmon for lunch cooked in the oven on a tray with some squash chips, slices of red pepper and mushrooms. All cooked on the tray together.

We had cold gammon and salads

Maybe roast a defrosting whole cut up chicken.....

What should I pair with it?
