Consider that nowhere in the Bible are we told to regard prophecy in anything other than "futurist" terms. In fact, Revelation is the only place where people try to do that, and it is completely unwarranted and deceptive. Every prophecy that has been fulfilled had it's fulfillment in a literal, "futurist" sense, and without exception.

It's been 2000 years, unless you have a 2000 year witness, cannot be 100% sure.

I heard today that those who are attempting to decide good/bad according to their own schemas are bound by the law of sin and death. That is hell, I'd say...it's just a matter of when one finally realizes the damnation...

The law of sin and death is no longer in effect. What is in effect however, are the anathemas in the creeds, it has a similar effect on what you said.

I've had to leave churches because they were creating hell in their minds and heart while praising God, could not even.

Oh yeah, I've been through "Calvinist hell" as my old landlord/mentor used to say.

But, think about the legal system as well, that on the one hand deems murder highly punishable, yet, on the other, sanctions things such as same sex unions.

And who knows what they'll decide next concerning mandatory vaxes.
