Not actually my idea. Honest.

If things don't go well, at least I would've had a nice day out at the Museum, right?

It was amazing, difficult to play but just great to be part of making such music. ..the soloist, Jason Bell, was simply wonderful, and took the time at the reception after the show to talk to my sons, both of who play violin as well. They were very inspired.
Now I'm pretty exhausted!

Went to a great Hallowe'en party last night. I am always amazed at our hosts' creative decorating--their front yard becomes a graveyard and their interior is filled with spooky decorations--including, this year, a holographic ghost video. Some of the costumes are great, too. Our host, an acupuncturist, had a mask that looked like nails were embedded all over his face. Sooooo appropriate to his career. They're going to a family reunion next week, so we got to celebrate early

I'm going to vote today! While watching football, doing laundry and working on homework.

Our early voting starts this week, I believe. Going to cast my ballot early and get it over with. Like going to the dentist, schedule the unpleasant things early in the day and get them out of the way. No laundry today, but did watch football and did some self-imposed homework. Sunday is a day of rest, you know. Back to my fall projects tomorrow.
