DSL is certainly more affordable but it isn't available in our area.

I can get Internet Explorer to work fine but am having trouble with Outlook Express.

Well, the crazy thing is that it did receive emails on the high speed connection a few minutes ago. Now it isn't...

Hmm strange. Well mine wont work at all so I just got email elsewhere.

I've called my cable company. I may need to use my dial up service to check those email addresses until we get rid of them. We'll lose them when we discontinue our dial up service.

You would lose all your mail?
Even if you have something besides dial up now you shouldnt lose your mail on your Pc

No, I won't lose my mail just those email addresses because they are through our service provider. We'll have new ones with the cable intenet service.

I just assumed if the emails whee there then all the addresses would be available also.

Well, we won't be paying for their service anymore so we will need new addresses which is fine because we are both getting lots of junk on those addresses.
