We do a hayride too. But I have to hear how this pie eating contest works! That would add something new and fun to the day.

Looks like you're going to have an awesome day for it. Perfect weather for a hayride.

We get those little graham cracker crust pie tarts & fill them with whipped cream. It's a blast. We get both the regular whipped cream & the chocolate. We've been doing it for the past three years.

We split them into age groups & whoever gets done with their mini-pie first wins. The adults even get in on the fun. It's not a very big "pie" so it's not hard & doesn't take long. But it's messy & fun.

Mornin' Barb! The Fall Fest was a blast. Yesterday was such beautiful weather. We didn't have as many show up this year as we have the last two years. There must have been something else going on.

That's always disappointing but it was still a success if everybody had a great time.

Our group enjoyed the corn maze. I didn't think I would participate because of allergies but I couldn't resist. We teamed up girls against guys and it was a hoot!

We did the corn maze four years ago & the hosts were so rude & were using foul language. We were so offended. My internet is still acting up. I have somebody coming Wednesday to fix it...again.

That's awful! I can't imagine it was the same place. These people were super friendly and very family oriented. We found our way through the maze by answering Bible questions. It was in Milton behind a school.

It was dark when we left and there were probably still 200 people in line.

Cornmazing! Thats very hard on the hands, running thru the corn in the dark. It gives cuts like paper cuts. Seriously, someone was showing me that yesterday!

I was concerned about cuts too. Especially after I noticed that Mitchell had a short sleeve shirt on but the paths were so wide that we didn't have a problem.

I can't really tell you how to get there because I didn't pay much attention. I was riding in the church van but I'll PM you the web site for the place.
