Okay.I completely agree, but it is within the Constitutional mandate to legislate such a benefit. The Constitution does not empower the federal government to do so in most other domains.
Let’s have an Amendment, then, to explicitly state that we, as a country, view access to healthcare a right, simply for being in the country, (or a citizen abroad).
That’d clear things up!
