Whenever someone makes a biblical forecast, context is everything. You have to look at the bigger picture. There is a reason why there are three sixes (666, The Unholy Trinity), in Satan's plan for the extermination of mankind, (Revelation 13:18). These three individual components are acting in unison, directing and feeding on each other, much in the same way a low pressure weather system is steered by an existing high pressure system above it, or moved by upper wind currents in its' path. You can't make an accurate forecast, if you are only taking into consideration the "low pressure" system itself.
Here's what I see happening in the near future.
(1). The deterioration in U.S./China relations will deepen over the ongoing nuclear situation in North Korea and the South China Sea dispute. The move away from the rule of international law will collapse completely as the U.S. and China move inexorably forward toward resolving these issues through armed conflict. The abandonment of negotiations and economic sanctions will spread far beyond Asia, and encompass the rest of the world, particularly Europe.
(2). The deal Russia has proposed to buy into the Leviathan Natural Gas Pipeline Project at the cost of 10 billion (U.S.) dollars, which includes Russia taking over security responsibility for the proposed Pipeline from Israel to Turkey, will be flatly rejected by Israel. Maintaining Russia's stranglehold of natural gas supplies to Europe is so critical to Putin's survival, he will have no option except to squash the project and cut Israel off from any access to the Eastern Mediterranean. That's when Hezbollah in Syria and Lebanon get the green light from Moscow to start launching all the advanced missiles Russia has supplied them with over the last couple of years and begin targeting the port of Haifa and other Israeli cities.
(3). The Interfaith convocation held in Jerusalem in September of 2016 will have deeper implications than merely some delusional ecumenical declaration of any "One World Religion" by the Pope. The real impact will be political, and is going to lead to a renewed push by the Vatican and the (Christian ?) World to resolve the final disposition of the city of Jerusalem, making it available to the three major Abrahamic Faiths. Vladimir Putin will use this movement as his "casus belli" for attacking Israel as the champion of the One World Religion, the Palestinian People and as a global (Peacemaker ?).
Make no mistake... Vladimir Putin is the Antichrist foretold by End Time Bible prophecy, and the Apocalypse is about to begin, but it isn't going to be fulfilled by some Tim Le Haye style evangelical vision of a beast system emerging out of the ashes of a collapsed European Union, and it isn't going to be fulfilled by the myth of some yet unknown Islamic Mahdi figure emerging in the Middle East who unites the Arab World against Israel.
Instead, it's going to be fulfilled right before your eyes, just as it always has been, until all the Words of God are completely fulfilled.
