If we Christians infight today, alike we did in history, before the separation of church and state, even without hits and shots, we can cancel eachother out, from free speech and be replaced by the new age, occult, materialism, atheism and such as Buddhism...

Freedoms are a product of societies worldview. Ask a non Christian friend where does his freedoms come from? He won't know what you mean.
The freedoms claimed today come from Christianity and as society moves away from it so our freedoms skill be lost.

Look at the equality act being passed in the States and how it impacts the freedoms of people to hold views contrary to popular views.

It isn't Christians squabbling among themselves that is costing freedoms but the blatent anti Christian views of society.

Materialism and greed have always plagued the church. Judas Iscariot was totally greedy. He stole from the disciples’ fund and sold Jesus to the temple police of the Sanhedrin (council of 70 chief priests with Caiaphas in charge of the temple and the temple police).

Lust has always plagued the church. The wife of Jerry Falwell of Liberty University was caught in an affair with a young man. Jerry Falwell resigned from the university after a photo of him with a partly undressed coed was circulated. Christians are supposed to abstain from fornication, adultery and homosexuality.
