This is a misunderstanding of what Sola Fide is.

The material principle of the Lutheran faith is that people are justified by God's grace alone through faith in Christ alone.

Faith alone, in that we are justified by grace through faith, and not by our own efforts. This faith isn't something we do, it is something God gives us, as a gift apart from ourselves (Ephesians 2:8) given to us by the word (Romans 10:17).

We are not saved by "faith alone", we are justified by grace alone through faith.

Those all are true, fi you understand them correctly.

Faith comes visible in actions. If you are faithful/loyal to god, you keep His words. And His words are the thing that can make change in our heart so that we become righteous and get the eternal life (are saved from the dead that would come because of sin).

These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

All of these working in concert together save and not any of them alone. This being the reason "salvation is by faith alone, by grace alone, by Christ alone" is not found within the pages of the bible.

In the time the event was recorded, the First Century, and in the place, the Ancient Near East, faith, pistis, mistranslated today as belief, meant loyalty. One demonstated faith by BEING loyal.

The Gentiles were puzzled how God´s word had failed, how Israel had been rejected.

Was it because the Gentiles had become more righteous, therefore, DESERVING of salvation?

No! It was a gift, this thingy called salvation by grace through faith (SBGTF) which formerly was meant only for Israel.

This is not of yourselves does not refer specifically to πίστεως but rather to the entire salvific process, of which faith obviously is a part. It is the entire salvific process that is God's gracious gift and is not part of our own doing. It is a gift.
