Obviously Mr. Trump thought that the US wasn't great and didn't like it, because he wanted to 'make it great again'. So by your logic, he should have just left instead.

No, no, no... you have it all wrong. It's become obvious that it is perfectly acceptable for Trump and his supporters to complain about the problems in America and chant "Make America Great Again!" It's only wrong to complain about the problems in America when liberals complain about it and they are the ones who should "Go back..." and leave the country when they say the US isn't great anymore.

Trump despises "Losers", and likes "Winners". Meanwhile The Christ said that to save yourself, you must lose yourself. The "Make America Great Again" Slogan means that during President Ronald Reagan America was truly Great, it then slipped under President George Bush Sr. even more under President Bill Clinton, twice, President George W. Bush, twice and finally hit rock bottom with our illustrious leader President Barack Obama, yet again another two term looser.

Now there is President Donald Trump, and he has managed to acheive in only 2 Years of his first Administration what the other 4 could not do in 28 Years, he has managed to "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN" like he promised he would in 2016, back to where it was under President Ronald Reagan.

Liberal Socialist Democrats only want to run it into the ground again, like they did in Venezuela, that is the only thing which will make them happy.

As far as I am concerned, anyone who does not like America as it stands today, I'll buy them a bus ticket from San Diego, Cal. to Tijuana, Mexico, they could ask Mexico for Asylum, from the oppressive American Govt.

And just like that the British empire declined, within 3 years, in 1951 after the Suez Canal debacle, the whole world understood that the British empire had been crippled.

Actually the quote came from the Reagan campaign in reference to a time before Reagan. Trump took up the mantra, it never referred to Reagan's presidency. Both used it to refer to a previous period of greatness.
