I was there today. We had a Vigil Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in the afternoon. There’s another Mass tomorrow and the March for Life is happening at some point in the day. The President of the United States is expected to attend. Hundreds of thousands will be there giving witness to the sanctity of human life, not just against abortion, but against any reality that threatens the intrinsic value of human life.
