Possibly. She ended up either losing her faith, or trying to stand in the way of His ministry and purpose later on throughout the story but yeah, I think aside from the prophets, Abraham, David, Moses, Enoch, etc, of the people alive in that day I think she might have been the first.

The story on that is a little mixed, I think.

She bade Jesus to make the wine at the beginning of his ministry. But then there is the story of his being rejected without honor in his hometown and amongst his own kin.
