I have heard from Atheists that this prophecy was never fulfilled and can't find answers anywhere, could I get some help from a brother more knowledgable on this than me?
Why are you listening to atheists?

The prophecy was fulfilled when the Assyrians invaded Egypt and totally destroyed it. By the time of the Roman general Pompey, it had re-emerged as a nation again, but it was not the formidable nation that it was before. It was basically under the control of the Romans. In modern times Egypt has tried to reassert itself and has attacked Israel, but has been soundly defeated. Therefore Ezekiel's prophecy that Egypt will never again be either a terror or a support for Israel continues to be fulfilled right up to modern times.

because they are our mission
You missed the point.
Why would a Christian consider anything from the NON-Godly worthy of an instant of their time?
I can understanding hearing their questions, with the intent to answer with the words provided by the Holy Ghost, but to entertain anything they propose as more than devilishness side-tracking is ludicrous.
