Waiting For The Dawn

How to wait on God (The same as waiting for the dawn)
l. Wait in darkness
2. Watch as it comes slowly.
3. Watch for that which is sure to come.
4. Watch as it does come, it brings the light of day.

Amen. Trusting in God means trusting Him, Who He is, ańd His promises, even when there seems to be no "evidence" of His presence. We "hold on real tight" to what our heart declares of Who He is and that promise that He will never leave us nor forsake us. THAT is the most profound testimony of all. It brings to mind Daniel, in the lion's den, and David, even as he did not "see" God, ran AT Goliath, knowing that God had not left him or forsaken. His heart "knew" God. He believed God's promises because he BELIEVED God, just as Abraham did. These testimonies beckon to us and encourage us to BELIEVE God. Even in the dark.

My reason for asking is that what you said in a single
paragraph is amazing...and true. Many others should have the opportunity to hear and meditate on what you have said.
Many many times thanked me for my "verse and
quote", but today I can say a most sincere "Thank You!"

it is a blessing to read your posts each day. God works through and uses each of us to express and share what He has put in our hearts. In turn, many are encouraged, reminded, edified, and drawn to the God Who works in ALL of it, to His glory.

I am thankful for your promptings and i am blessed by them. God's Word never returns to Him empty/void, but it bears much fruit, as evidenced by your faithful ministry and delvings into His Word.
