1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing.
Intimacy with the Spirit can be found in HIS praying and our listening and watching.
Romans 8:
26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray
for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot
be uttered.
27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit
is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to
the will of God.
When groaning and sighing become spiritual...
Mark 7:34 Then, looking up to heaven, He sighed, and said to him,
“Ephphatha,” that is, “Be opened.”
Mark 8:12 But He sighed deeply in His spirit, and said, “Why does this generation seek a sign? Assuredly, I say to you, no sign shall be given to this generation.”
John 11:38 Then Jesus, again groaning in Himself, came to the tomb. It was a cave,
and a stone lay against it.
Psalm 38:9 Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.
Exodus 6:5 And
I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel whom the Egyptians keep in bondage, and
I have remembered My covenant.

Beloved one, I considered what you have quoted in Exodus 6:5.
I considered what has been said before, since in Exodus 6:5, that began with “And”. Also looking at what was said after, that said,”Therefore.”
This is what we have heard:
“I have also established My covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, in which they were strangers.
And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel whom the Egyptians keep in bondage, and I have remembered My covenant.
Therefore say to the children of Israel: ‘I am the Lord; I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, I will rescue you from their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments.”
Exodus 6:4-6 NKJV
I am aware about the thread topic,”when groaning or sighing become spiritual. And that you said,”Intimacy with the Spirit can be found in HIS praying and our listening and watching.”
So let us hear, to understand in the Spirit and watch, to perceive in the Spirit.
Let us consider Mark 7:34:
“Then, looking up to heaven, He sighed, and said to him, “Ephphatha,” that is, “Be opened.””
Mark 7:34 NKJV
Why did He sigh ?
I considered that the Lord perceive his burden.
For we heard before :
“Then they brought to Him one who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech, and they begged Him to put His hand on him.”
Mark 7:32 NKJV
So I considered that the Lord perceived the burden of the one who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech.
And the Lord sighed and said to him, “Ephphatha,” that is, “Be opened.
So the Lord sighed because the Lord has borne his griefs and sorrows.
For we heard:
“Surely he hath borne OUR griefs, and carried OUR sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.”
Isaiah 53:4 KJV
Also, we heard apostle Peter testified:
“how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.”
Acts 10:38 KJV
So the Lord sighed because the Lord has borne his griefs and sorrows and had heard him whom the devil put in bondage, and He have remembered His covenant.
For He is the Lord; He will bring him out from under the burdens of deaf and speech impediment. He rescued him from his bondage, and He will redeem him with an outstretched arm and with great judgments.
To God the Father be thanksgiving through Christ. Amen.
