Is it? People are pretty superstitious. Using Voodoo for slavery is not new nor is prostitution, but maybe a NHS nurse combining the two in Germany is?

Speaking of voodoo zombies, did you ever read The Serpent and the Rainbow? Less sensational and more interesting than it sounds. Apparently, there's a movie as well, but I don't know anything about that.

Seen the movie, didn't know there was a book. It's pretty old, but I remember it being a good plot/concept...poor execution
