He has no worries with the new one either. Our government looks far more dysfunctional and our society much more divided now. Republicans couldn't even admit they had tried to mettle with our elections until it was proven beyond any reasonable doubt that they had.

That and also during that Crimean crisis. Whereas Trump has argued against his own intelligence agencies saying there was Russian influence in our elections and instead taking Putin's word for it.
