"The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." ~Jam 5:16

Beautiful verse, and so powerfully true. God's ear is ALWAYS bent to the prayers (spoken and spoken) of the righteous. For the righteous, in order to be "righteous" at all, fear God and love and delight in Him. This condition of one's heart "delights" the living God, our precious Father's heart. For such a one, God will pour out blessings from heaven and favor that cannot be contained, but spills over, blessing others as well.

    This verse comes to mind:

"Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart." ~Ps 37:4

Thank you for this delightful reminder and meditation this morning, brother. It blessed me.

    God bless you.
