• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

Does anyone here have or had uterine polyps or a thick uterus? When I went to see a gynecologist a month ago for an exam, he said my uterus walls (uterine wall) was thick and that maybe I could had polyps. When I have my period, I usually bleed heavy for a couple of days. That could be a sign there (according to the doctor) but then again, it was always that way for years. And I was never told anything about that from my past gynecologists. I went to an other obgyn for a second advice but he couldn't do the testings bc his equipment was in his other office too far away from me. My sister had found a walk in gyn near her home and she offered to take me. However, we gotten into an argument recently and I haven't seen her for a little while. I honestly do need someone to go with me for emotional support and my sister is the only one. But I don't need drama from her so I'm in a dilemma. Anyway, I've been reading about both polyps and causes of the uterus to thicken. It says it can cause cancer. Especially in women who were never pregnant and in their 30's like me. So now I'm getting worried. Has anyone here experienced this? Please help

What 3 things do you love about your sister and are grateful for? Think on these things constantly. You'll find that you are unable to argue while you are being grateful.
