The idea behind this thread is to share information about cool stuff that is happening around your area. Can be plays, rallies, speakers, concerts... whatever. The only rule is this. Some of the stuff will be overtly political and I would prefer that this not become a place for debate... God knows that there are plenty of threads for that.

It's probably a good idea to put the city in the subject line so that people in Nanaimo don't get excited about something in Williams Lake, before they realized that that's where the event is.
