Can courts do this?

It depends on whether what Trump did is potentially in violation of US laws. That's for lawyers and courts to figure out, I suppose.

Our courts, the judiciary, have a job to restrain petty ambitions and wanton and foolish use of power. Aside from Fundamentalist Dispensationalist and religious extremists, whose notions have no place in public policy, it is not in the US best interests to move the capital.

Turkey says declaring Jerusalem Israel's capital will start 'fire with no end in sight'

“Declaring Jerusalem a capital is disregarding history and the truths in the region, it is a big injustice/cruelty, shortsightedness, foolishness/madness, it is plunging the region and the world into a fire with no end in sight,” Deputy Prime Minister Bekir Bozdag said on Twitter.

Imagine that.

Worse than ISIS, worse than Iran getting nukes, worse than the unending war against the US and Israel. Really?

Remains to be seen how much worse it can get

Considering that the US government recognized Jerusalem as the capitol back in 1995, it seems unlikely that Donald violated anything this time.

Analysis | In 1995, Congress reached a compromise on the issue of Jerusalem. Trump is poised to end it.

Our courts, the judiciary, have a job to restrain petty ambitions and wanton and foolish use of power. Aside from Fundamentalist Dispensationalist and religious extremists, whose notions have no place in public policy, it is not in the US best interests to move the capital.

If the courts had the ability to stop Donald every time he did something stupid, they'd have taken away his phone months ago.

Like I said U.S should have never declared or gave land to Israel. They shouldn't even been aloud too. It wasn't the U.S land to begin with. What Trump did was just add to the insult. And the U.S wonders why they're hated

God used Britain and America to bring about the 'State of Israel' in fulfillment of prophecy.

Jerusalem is (and has been) the "City of David", is it not?
And the focal point of end time prophecy.

Just balancin' out all the hoopla from the gitgo, bro'

As in establishing whose city Jerusalem is/has been.

It's the City of David.

It's self explanatory.

Just what was “Americas” part in the creation of The State of Israel?
